All parcels will cost $20 Australia Wide.
Once your items have left our premises, we will not be held responsible for late, lost or damaged products.
Please ensure that you have provided the correct address details such as House or Unit Number, Suburb and postcode. Our Customer Service Team will contact you if your parcel has been returned to us due to incorrect address details or a parcel not being collected. You will be required to pay a postage fee of $20.00 for your parcel to be resent to the correct address or resent as we are not responsible for any incorrect details that you have provided or parcels not being collected.
As we are inundated with orders & emails on a daily basis, we will not take responsilbity for change of address half way through waiting for your order. Please remember each product is custom/handmade which takes up to 6 weeks so please ensure you provide the correct address for that time frame.
As per Australia Post Guidelines, you need to wait up to the full 10 business days for your parcel to arrive. Please note - Scanning a trackable parcel is conducted at AP locations and lack of tracking registration may be due to their system errors.
Please note that our staff do their very best to get your parcel (or pre-order) out to you in a timely manner. If there has been an issue with Australia Post or the Courier drivers and the delivery of your parcel, our staff are here to help lodge an enquiry for you. Please understand that it is completely out of our control if there is an issue with Postage and the delivery of your parcel.
